PATTAYA Aviation Hosts Workshop to Enhance Student Potential

On July 29, 2025, the Human Resources Department of Pattaya Aviation Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Pattaya Aviation Training Center Co., Ltd., had the honor of serving as guest lecturers and facilitators for a workshop under the theme Personality Development for Service Careers in the Tourism Industry.



The program was organized for vocational certificate (Voc.) and higher vocational certificate (High Voc.) students in Tourism, MICE, and Event Management at Pongsawadi Technological College.



This workshop was designed to strengthen and prepare students for future careers in the service and tourism industryone of Thailands continuously growing sectors. The training covered a wide range of topics, including personality development techniques, professional conduct, appropriate dress for industry roles, and job interview preparation. The aim was to boost students confidence and readiness to step into the professional world.



Throughout the session, students showed great enthusiasm and active participation, engaging in constructive discussions and practicing through realistic role-play activities and workshop simulations.



Pattaya Aviation sincerely thanks Pongsawadi Technological College for the opportunity to share knowledge and experience with the new generation of students.
